- Contract refers to the contract between ParcelsHere Ltd. and you for the purchase of goods or services from us by you.
- Delivery address is the address to which the product or service is to be delivered too.
- Home address is the address of the account holder.
- Pick up location refers to the address where the parcel is to be collected.
- Faulty goods means any products or services you have purchased from us that do not conform to the contract.
Accessing our site
Our site will be mostly available for use but might become unavailable from time to time for any period of time, with or without warning for maintenance or any reason the owner finds necessary. We will always try our utmost to limit any maintenance time.

Services Availability
If our service is unavailable due to your internet service provider being unavailable, ParcelsHere Ltd. takes no responsibility for any missed deliveries or collections.
If our service is unavailable due to a power outage in your area or at your house, ParcelsHere Ltd. takes no responsibility for any missed deliveries or collections.
If our services is unavailable due to any reasons beyond our control, ParcelsHere Ltd., can not be held responsible for any missed deliveries or collections or any delays in deliveries or collections.
You will not be liable for any compensation due to the unavailability of our services for any reason, whether caused by you or us, unless we have determined that your Locker was faulty at the time of collection or delivery. In this case, your delivery charge will be reimbursed or if you choose you can reschedule the same type of delivery/collection for free.
Product Failure
Should our ParcelsHere Ltd. Locker fail for reasons of vandalism or misuse by you or any of your family members or members of the public in general, force majeure, ParcelsHere Ltd. will take no responsibility in replacing your Locker or fixing it. You will have to order a new Locker and pay the necessary Installation costs.
Should failure be due to the Locker material used, we will replace your Locker for free. ParcelsHere Ltd. will asses the Locker to determine reasons for failure.
If you suspect failure is caused by Electronic components or failure is not due to misuse/mishandling of the Locker, please contact our friendly customer team (LINK) who will be happy to help you. If failure is due to electronic components, we will be happy to fix the problem or replace the components or replace your Locker – whichever we see as the best solution to the Failure. You will not be entitled to any compensation, unless you can provide evidence of any pre-booked, missed deliveries or collections. In this case compensation will be limited to reimbursement of the delivery/collection cost or the rescheduling of the same type of collection or delivery at our cost. Your right to cancel and Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order at any time until installation commences. Once installation has commenced, you can no longer cancel the installation.
Installation is deemed to have commenced when our installation partner arrives at your home.
If you cancel your order up to 2 working days before installation day, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order less than 2 working days before installation, on the day of installation or when our partner installer arrives at your property for installation, you will still be liable for the Installation costs even though no Locker will be installed.
You are required to cancel your order in writing by contacting our Customer services team via email customer-services@parcelshere.com or by completing the form here https://help.parcelshrer.com.
Any payments made by you, will be refunded in full within 30 days, should you cancel your Order at least 2 working days before the agreed installation date. Any payments made by you, will be forfeited if you cancel your order less than 2 working day before the agreed installation date.
Delivery and Installation
Delivery and Installation of the Locker is through our approved partners only.
Once your order have been received by our installation partner, they will contact you to arrange an installation slot.
We can not be hold responsible in the case of a cancelled, delayed or rescheduled installation slot.
Installation at a property is only permitted if you are the owner of the property or have received permission from the property owner before placing your order. It is your responsibility to request permission (preferably in writing) and keep it safe as ParcelsHere Ltd. or our installation partners will not be liable for any damages due to any installation when permission has not been requested by the owner of the property.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or installation.
Removal of Locker
ParcelsHere Ltd. remains the owner of the Locker.
Removal of Lockers is only allowed through our approved Partners unless otherwise authorised in writing by us.
You are not permitted to remove any Locker/s without written consent from us.
If we decide to remove a Locker from your property, it will be done by our agents.
ParcelsHere Ltd. will not be held responsible to make good any damage/s to the wall/s where the Locker/s was/were installed.
Should you be given permission to remove any Locker/s yourself, you will be responsible to return it to ParcelsHere Ltd. at your own cost.
Please get proof of postage or collection of the Locker, when you return your Locker as we might need to see this. It will be your responsibility to provide this to us, when required.
Should we confirm in writing that you do not have to return your Locker, you can dispose off it as you see fit.
ParcelsHere Ltd. will not be held responsible to make good any damage/s to the wall/s where the Locker/s was/were installed.
Ownership of the Locker
Ownership of the Locker remains with ParcelsHere Ltd. You are not permitted to move/remove the Locker without our written consent.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to or delay in delivering or collecting a product/service in the case of circumstances beyond our control.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods does not include goods that are faulty due to battery or power failure, internet or wifi failure, fair wear and tear, wilful damage,negligence by you or a 3rd party, accident, used not as intended, failure to follow the manufacturer’s or our instructions for use, changes or alterations made to the product or service without our written consent or approval.
Faulty products or services should be reported as soon as you become aware of it by contacting our Customer services team (LINK) who will arrange for it to be collected or delivered to us.
If products are returned as Faulty and after investigation, we discover it was in fact not faulty, we may charge you for all costs related to the return of the goods and the cost of investigating the non-faulty product.
We will not be held responsibly if your internet provider or wifi service is down or affected and the Courier service is unable to collect or deliver your orders at the specified or agreed time. We are not responsible for failure of collection or delivery due to a power failure or interruption.
No compensation will be paid.
Pricing errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where an incorrect price was displayed on the website, advertising material or quoted in any way.
Payment
Payment for Installation will be made at the time of ordering the Locker.
Images
Pictures are a representation of the product and colours can vary due to lighting effects. Where possible we will supply pantone colour coding.
Acceptance
By allowing installation of the Locker, you acknowledge receipt of your order.
Law that governs the contract, jurisdiction and complaints
These terms and conditions, contract (including any non-contractual matters) are governed by the law of England and Wales and shall be interpreted as such. Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland.
We try to avoid any dispute by dealing with complaints in the following way: in the first instance, contact our customer services team (LINK), who will try to assist you with your complaint.
Warranty
Every Locker (excluding the electronic parts) carries a Manufacturer’s warranty for 24 months unless otherwise stated or specifically excluded.
The Seller shall repair, or in its sole discretion replace any defective Goods free of charge during the warranty period.
Warranty shall commence from day of installation.
The electronic parts carries a 12 months Manufacturer’s warranty.
Any warranty shall be void immediately, if the Locker was not installed by our preferred partner.
Any warranty shall be void immediately, if not repaired by our preferred partner, unless otherwise state in writing.
The goods shall be covered under the above Warrantee if the defect/s are due to faulty design, materials or workmanship of the Seller or their partners.
The Warrantee will have no monetary compensation attached as ParcelsHere Ltd. remains the owner of the product.
We make no warranties or guarantees of any kind expressed or implied, save as required by English law.
Conformity
We have a legal duty to supply the Goods in conformity with the Contract, and will not have conformed if it does not meet the following obligation:
- Be of satisfactory quality;
- Be reasonably fit for any particular purpose for which you buy the goods which, before the Contract is made, you made known to us (unless you do not actually rely, or it is unreasonable for you to rely, on our skill and judgment) and be fit for any purpose held out by us or set out in the Contract; and
- Conform to their description – It is not a failure to conform if the failure has its origin in your materials.
Liability
We shall not be liable for any loss or damages to you.
We shall not under any circumstances be liable for death or personal injuries or any other losses arising from the negligence of the Buyer or anyone using our Lockers.
ParcelsHere Ltd. shall not be liable to the Buyer or any user of our Locker for loss of profit, loss of business or depletion of goodwill in each case whether direct indirect or consequential, or any claims for consequential compensation whatsoever, howsoever caused which arise out of or in connection with the Contract.
We shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of business, limitation in goodwill, whether direct, indirect or consequential arising out of your use of our Locker and our Service unless otherwise stated in our Terms and Conditions.
No liability of any nature shall be incurred or accepted by ParcelsHere Ltd. to the Buyer in respect of any representation made by us or on our behalf, prior to this contract where the representations were given in relation to correspondence of the goods with any description, the quality of the goods or the condition of the goods for any purpose whatsoever.
No liability of any nature shall be incurred or accepted by ParcelsHere Ltd. to the Buyer in respect of any express term of this contract where such term/s relates in any way to the correspondence of the goods with any description, the quality of the good or the fitness of goods for any purpose whatsoever.
No liability of any nature shall be incurred or accepted by us for any implied terms, conditions or warranties.
Limitation of Liability
Where a court determines that any part of the Liability section is for whatever reason unenforceable, ParcelsHere Ltd. shall be liable for all loss or damage suffered by you the Buyer but not to exceed the amount of the contract price.
Nothing in our Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted so as to limit or exclude the liability of ParcelsHere Ltd. for death or personal injury as a result of ParcelsHere Ltd’s negligence or that of its employees, agents or partners.
Excluding liability
The Supplier does not exclude liability for: Any fraudulent act or omission; For death or personal injury caused by negligence or breach of the Supplier’s other legal obligations. Subject to this, the Supplier is not liable for:
- loss which was not reasonably forseeable to both parties at the time when the Contract was made, or;
- loss (eg loss of profit) to the Customer’s business, trade, craft or profession which would not be suffered by a Consumer – because the Supplier believes the Customer is not buying the Goods wholly or mainly for its business, trade, craft or profession.
Risk
Risk of damage to, or loss of, any Goods shall pass to you, when:
- the Goods are delivered to you;
- the moment the Locker has been installed at your premises and you have received your initial Login code from our partner installer.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Intellectual Property Rights produced from or arising as a result of this agreement shall, shall become the absolute property of the Seller.
Circumstances beyond the control of either party
In the event of any failure by a party because of something beyond its reasonable control:
- The party will advise the other party as soon as reasonably practicable;
- and The party’s obligations will be suspended so far as is reasonable, provided that the party will act reasonably, and the party will not be liable for any failure which it could not reasonably avoid, but this will not affect the Customer’s above rights relating to delivery and any right to cancel.
Can I have a locker at any address?
The exact elements to include depends on the individual business but you should consider including:
A clear definition of what products or services will be provided. Setting out the payment terms – when is payment due. Any guarantees or warranties offered.
Timelines for delivery and any queries.
Specifying what happens if either party doesn’t deliver or pay or wants to end the relationship.
The term of the agreement and what notice is required to get out of it. Which law shall govern the contract.
