When using ParcelsHere everything revolves around collections and deliveries aka shipments. The shipments page gives you a quick overview of all of your shipments, and a access to your collections and deliveries.
Viewing Shipments
Using this page gives you a list of all of you shipments. The intention is to only show your active shipments in this list. Once you have competed you exchange (collection or delivery) the status of the shipment can be changed to completed and it will be archived.
| Column | Description |

| Id | Every shipment is unique and can be identified by this identified inside Parcelshere |
| Type | This depicts the type of shipment exchange whether it is a collection or a delivery |
| Contents | I quick short description about the contents of the shipment. |
| Sender/Receiver | For a delivery this column specifies who is sending the item to you, for a collection it specifies who will be receiving the item after collection. |
| Carrier | Who will be collection or delivering your item, this will be empty if it is the send or receiver itself making collection or delivery. |
| Access From-To | This option specifies a date and time range, an item is available for collection/return. |
| Status | The current status of your shipment. |
You have controls available to view or change the status of your shipment, as you wish. It is very flexible.
Contacts in the “Address Book” section are dynamically allocated to your shipments, so you always have full details of delivery/collection to hand, all within web site.
